About the role

The Supervisor will support operational activities across the island, ensuring standards are met and business performance is monitored. This role may involve night‑shift work and requires strong reporting and problem‑solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

May be assigned to work night shift.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results.
Create and implement standards while holding people accountable.
Oversee business operations and ensure timely reporting.
Resolve issues and disputes efficiently.

Required profile

Independent and fast learner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
