About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead teams across Singapore. This middle‑management position involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees, identifying efficiency issues and suggesting improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven with problem‑solving abilities.
Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
