About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead our team at FU YUAN FOOT TREATMENT across Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees.
Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
Organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work long hours standing and on weekends/public holidays.
