About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our island‑wide operations in Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring safety and efficiency across the team.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees, identifying efficiency issues and suggesting improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven with problem‑solving abilities.
Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
