Regional Product Planning Specialist – Central East

About the role

The company, a multinational in home and building products, seeks a Regional Product Planning Specialist to support product planning activities across the Central East region of Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Support the manager in executing regional product planning and coordinate new product development and launch activities.
• Manage projects and workstreams, track milestones, and liaise with HQ, factories, sales teams, distributors and overseas branches.
• Plan and conduct product orientation and training for internal teams and overseas branches, preparing training materials and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory and product standard updates, coordinate certifications, testing and audits, and provide technical support.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent product/technical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in product planning, project coordination or regulatory compliance.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel overseas for factory audits and business requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings; knowledge of CAD/DWG or AutoCAD is advantageous.
