Supply Chain Coordinator – Order Management & Import/Export

About the role

The company is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage order processing and import/export activities for its automotive electrical components business. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost‑effective shipment fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and freight forwarders to support order and shipment fulfillment.
• Generate and issue purchase orders, maintain accurate order data in SAP, and arrange daily shipments.
• Manage order backlogs, forecasts and delivery commitments.
• Monitor freight and logistics costs, highlighting significant variances.
• Follow up on shipment delays, document discrepancies and order exceptions.
• Maintain accurate order, shipment and supporting documentation in SAP and internal records.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in supply‑chain, order‑management or import/export.
• Practical knowledge of Incoterms and hands‑on experience coordinating overseas shipments.
• Experience handling a high volume of purchase orders (approximately 100 per month).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
