Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead supplier management and drive alignment of sourcing strategies with global objectives. You will ensure capacity, cost optimisation and seamless product launches across ICHOR's network in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Align supplier selection with global supply strategy and manage key supplier and outsource partner relationships.
• Define and maintain sourcing contracts, ensuring capacity, cost and commercial requirements are met.
• Maintain DDMRP programs, including Kanban and safety‑stock replenishment, and keep ERP data current.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, resolve complex supply‑chain issues and support NPI BOM purchasing.
• Coordinate RFQ packages, PO tracking and ECO analysis for new product introductions.
• Develop risk‑mitigation plans such as floor stock, safety stock, VMI/Kanban and long‑lead‑time strategies.
• Benchmark and drive cost‑reduction initiatives with assigned suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, commodity management or NPI functions; 10 years of operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract‑manufacturing environments and global commodity strategies.
• Proven record of continuous‑process‑improvement and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented and results‑driven leader.
