Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our Operations team. This role is central to day‑to‑day activities, supporting procurement, third‑party logistics, and inventory management across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end procurement, focusing on sourcing and managing components for Loving Tan products.
• Raise, track, and ensure timely delivery of purchase orders while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance, flag risks early, and assist with mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers in EU and Singapore, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues, and help optimise 3PL contracts.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile inventory data.
• Provide demand‑planning inputs and analyse supply‑chain data for trends and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Proactive with a strong ability to build and maintain supplier and logistics relationships.
• Capable of identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders.
