Supply & Delivery Coordinator

About the role

The Supply & Delivery Coordinator supports the Supply & Delivery Supervisor in ensuring on‑time, in‑full deliveries and timely closure of delivery orders to avoid billing delays. This role combines coordination of drivers, maintenance of equipment, and reporting on delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect delivery orders from boat agents and manage payments to agents.
• Schedule driver shift rosters and arrange lorry repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain spill kits and lifting gear for drivers.
• Coordinate product transfers from external 3PL warehouses.
• Provide backup drivers for deliveries when required.
• Print delivery orders for weekend shipments as needed.
• Generate reports on deliveries per driver and on collected versus uncollected delivery orders.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 is a plus).
• 1–3 years of logistics‑related experience; marine industry experience is advantageous.
• Customer‑service orientation and good communication skills.
• Relevant education such as NITEC or a diploma in warehousing/logistics (preferred).

Required skills

• Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 preferred).
• Forklift operation capability.
• Proficiency with JDE software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
