Logistics Assistant – Warehouse & Cargo Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to support cargo movement and warehouse operations at Toll Group in Singapore. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safe storage conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer cargo in‑bound and out‑bound movements within the warehouse.
• Handle cargo with care and perform loading/unloading of shipping containers.
• Maintain and update simple accounting registers and stock registers.
• Conduct regular stock‑taking and inspect storage conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Effective communication and coordination with clients regarding cargo movements.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take on secondary tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work closely with supervisors and colleagues.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore and willingness to undergo pre‑employment checks.

Required skills

• General computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic accounting knowledge for updating registers.
• English language proficiency for communication.
