Shift-based Material Handler – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a shift‑based Material Handler to join Bombardier’s Singapore Service Centre. The role involves managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, inspection, storage, picking and shipping of aviation parts while supporting tool crib and calibration activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform receiving, QC inspection, binning, issuing, picking and shipping of parts in accordance with MOE instructions and company policy.
• Prioritise and plan work to meet AOG orders within 3 hours, work‑order parts within 8 hours and stock orders within 72 hours.
• Validate supplier invoices and freight charges and assist the purchasing/finance team with invoice processing.
• Conduct annual stock‑take and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide support to other Bombardier material handlers across the network and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of aviation warehouse experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of computer systems and warehouse processes.
• Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications: Dangerous Goods, L11, IATA, Incoterms, forklift licence, Part 145, OH&S and First Aid.
