Warehouse & Admin Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse & Admin Assistant supports daily warehouse and administrative operations within a central kitchen environment. This role combines hands‑on material handling with basic office tasks to ensure smooth order fulfilment, accurate inventory, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and unpack incoming deliveries, verifying condition and matching purchase orders.
• Perform manual picking, sorting, packing, de‑cartoning and stock replenishment of raw materials and ingredients.
• Maintain orderly storage areas, ensuring food‑safety compliance and proper housekeeping.
• Assist in preparing and printing packing orders and delivery documentation.
• Support daily stock movements, monthly stock‑take, and inventory counting activities.
• Carry out simple data‑entry, filing, invoice matching and other administrative duties.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding stock and operational needs.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect items to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, food manufacturing or administrative support.
• Ability to manually handle goods up to 20‑25 kg and work in a food‑production environment.
• Responsible, organized, able to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
