Swim Coach & Operations Executive (5 days/week)

About the role

Join a dynamic swim centre team in Singapore as a Swim Coach & Operations Executive. You will deliver engaging swim lessons for young children while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers and young children, with training provided.
• Assist senior coaches and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and help prepare lesson materials.
• Handle daily class scheduling, student registration and coordination.
• Manage bookings, attendance records and routine administrative tasks.
• Communicate class schedules and updates to parents.
• Maintain pool safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards before, during and after classes.
• Set up and pack up the pool area, ensuring equipment is stored safely.

Required profile

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare or teaching is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
• Relevant swimming, first‑aid or lifesaving certifications are a plus.
