System Engineer - Advanced Networking (L2/L3)

About the role

A global technology leader headquartered in Singapore is recruiting a System Engineer for advanced networking (L2/L3) through its recruiter in Singapore. The role designs and manages enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring secure connectivity, system integration and reliable operation of business-critical platforms. It is a permanent position with work from home or hybrid arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments
• Configure, support and optimise routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs and load balancing
• Integrate third-party applications and platforms with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Establish secure connections between data centres, cloud platforms, Kubernetes environments and critical applications
• Maintain network architecture standards, IP addressing strategies and security controls
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues in mission-critical environments
• Support API, SAML/SSO and system integration initiatives
• Maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams and operational procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in network infrastructure, platform or systems engineering
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise network infrastructure
• API-based system integration experience
• Nice to have: experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor and Codex, CCNA or equivalent, and AI training and GPU infrastructure setup

What we offer

• Salary of SG$8,000 to SG$10,000 per month (SG$96,000 to SG$120,000 per year)
