Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading integrated technology company operating in Singapore and Malaysia, is expanding its internal Talent Acquisition function. They seek a motivated recruiter to join the Group HR team and manage end‑to‑end hiring for technology functions across both markets. This individual contributor role offers broad exposure to a dual‑market environment while developing recruitment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen and assess candidates for functional fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, stakeholder communication and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate requisition updates in the ATS and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to keep hiring on track.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and deliver a consistent candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly with hiring managers.
• Experience handling multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with employment practices in Singapore and/or Malaysia.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
