Talent Acquisition Campus Recruitment Intern (Jul–Dec 2026)

About the role

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Campus Recruitment Intern to help elevate the internship experience for students joining the company. The 6‑month program runs from July to December 2026 and focuses on analysing and improving the full onboarding and off‑boarding journey, with an eye toward digitalisation and standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Learn GlobalFoundries’ Talent Acquisition and University Relations processes by handling internship recruitments during the first four weeks.
• Map the internship lifecycle, conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and propose innovative activities to engage students and partner schools.
• Develop a centralized database/tracker and automate approval and notification workflows.
• Create a SharePoint landing page to serve as a single source of truth for internship information.
• Deliver a final presentation of the solution and implementation plan during the last four weeks.

Required profile

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong digital aptitude and interest in process optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
