Talent Acquisition Contractor – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

OSL is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Contractor to support its Global New Market Expansion team for a 12‑month period. You will lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior commercial, regulatory and operational roles across multiple jurisdictions, helping build new country teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for market build‑outs, hiring senior positions such as Country Head, Compliance, Sales, BD, Risk, MLRO, Payments, Partnerships and Operations.
• Partner with senior leadership to define hiring roadmaps aligned with market entry milestones.
• Conduct market intelligence research on talent pools, competitors and compensation benchmarks.
• Build proactive pipelines for critical leadership and regulated roles.
• Develop and expand external referral channels, including industry networks, advisors and ecosystem partners.
• Strengthen long‑term talent communities to support future expansion markets.
• Act as recruitment partner to business, compliance and expansion teams, driving hiring timelines tied to expansion milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑border interviews and manage offer negotiations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with international hiring exposure.
• Strong experience hiring senior, regulated or business‑critical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
• Self‑driven, resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
