Talent Acquisition Executive – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. You will work closely with function heads and operations managers to fulfil recruitment needs across blue‑collar, engineering and technical functions, as well as manage internship programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar, engineering and technical positions, from sourcing to offer recommendation.
• Coordinate internship recruitment in partnership with educational institutions.
• Maintain a steady supply of core‑skill manpower for business units and accelerate hiring timelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies such as e2i and WSG.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to align recruitment strategies with manpower needs.
• Draft and review job descriptions and post vacancies on multiple recruitment channels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on staff movements, recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR business partnering, handling high‑volume recruitment.
• Self‑driven, resourceful and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Singapore labour legislation and HR practices.
