Talent Acquisition Partner (1 Year Contract, Potential Renewal)

About the role

Certis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both contract staffing and permanent positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and support the company’s growth across its Singapore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment cycle for contract and permanent roles.
• Assess hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with management to create hiring plans and propose creative sourcing solutions.
• Represent Certis at career fairs and maintain rapport with educational institutions.
• Monitor industry trends and gather market intelligence to stay competitive.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function (entry‑level candidates are welcome).
• Basic CEI certification is a plus.
• Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
