Talent Acquisition Specialist (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process for high‑volume blue‑collar and frontline positions. Working closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, you will ensure the right talent is sourced, assessed, and onboarded within a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume recruitment for blue‑collar and frontline roles.
• Develop and maintain accurate, actionable role descriptions.
• Design and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business growth plans.
• Provide real‑time market intelligence on compensation and hiring trends.
• Produce regular reports on candidate pipelines and market insights for business leaders.
• Conduct final skill‑based assessments, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the offer stage, collaborating with HR partners.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and track their job‑search aspirations.
• Leverage technology to capture candidate data, enrich the internal talent database, and generate performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for high‑volume roles.
• Ability to define role requirements based on hard and soft skills.
• Experience designing talent outreach and selection processes.
• Skilled in conducting various interview techniques and assessments.
