Talent Acquisition Specialist – Platform Responsibility (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Platform Responsibility team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support disruptive AI‑driven content safety initiatives. This 12‑month temporary assignment will involve sourcing and managing candidates for a range of positions while collaborating closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all levels.
• Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Develop and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency and support market research initiatives.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (search firm or in‑house).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high‑potential candidates.
