Tax Manager – Corporate & Transfer Pricing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax function. You will ensure full compliance with Singapore tax regulations, manage tax risk, and provide strategic advice to business units while mentoring a team of tax professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate preparation and submission of corporate tax returns, GST filings, and other statutory tax reports to IRAS.
• Manage the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, Country‑by‑Country Reporting and Global Minimum Tax submissions.
• Provide tax advice on business transactions and projects to support business units and support functions.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and tax risk‑management frameworks.
• Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities on audits, queries, and rulings.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
• Review work performed by junior staff and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as SCTP or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 6‑8 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a large corporation or Big 4 firm.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with precision.
• Confident presenter to senior management and external stakeholders.
