Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our Singapore tax compliance and advisory functions while supporting international tax initiatives across the group. The role works closely with finance and senior leadership to ensure efficient tax management and proactive risk mitigation in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Singapore GST compliance, including reconciliation, GST returns and treatment.
• Provide advice on international tax and cross‑border transactions.
• Assess withholding tax treatment and permanent establishment (PE) risks and oversee related tax filings.
• Review transfer pricing arrangements and intercompany transactions.
• Manage Singapore corporate income tax compliance.
• Support tax research, planning and analysis for new products and business initiatives.
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation.
• Assist with tax matters in other jurisdictions.
• Liaise with IRAS, external advisors and internal stakeholders on tax issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 8–10 years of tax experience with strong exposure to Singapore GST and international tax.
• Critical thinker able to work across regions and functions in a rapid environment.
• Experience in Big 4, fintech, financial services or multinational companies preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, SCTP, CA or ADIT are an advantage.
