About the role
Adyen is looking for a Team Lead to own and grow its IT Support function across the APAC region. Based in Singapore, you will manage a distributed team of five engineers and support specialists in Singapore and Bengaluru, driving a best‑in‑class support experience for all APAC offices.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term support strategies aligned with global business goals.
- Lead, mentor and evaluate a distributed team of five, fostering a culture of growth, feedback and inclusion.
- Deliver operational excellence by ensuring high‑quality technical resolution and internal customer service.
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks to reduce toil and improve internal IT workflows.
- Plan, scope and agile‑manage support improvement projects, monitoring timelines and budgets.
- Make architectural and tooling decisions that fit the broader business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with regional senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Required profile
- Hands‑on manager comfortable stepping in to provide direct support when needed.
- Strong people‑leadership skills with experience supervising distributed technical teams.
- Strategic mindset capable of shaping multi‑year visions for IT support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
