About the role

This senior position provides strategic leadership for a specialised commercial banking division focused on essential service sectors. You will guide a high‑performing team of bankers to drive portfolio growth across lending and transaction services while ensuring risk‑adjusted returns.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the division’s P&L, targeting sustainable revenue and risk‑adjusted performance.
• Design and implement complex credit structures and innovative financing solutions, including M&A advisory.
• Build and maintain C‑suite relationships within target industries to deliver high‑value advisory services.
• Ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Mentor and develop a team of bankers to achieve growth objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate or commercial banking with a proven senior leadership track record.
• Deep knowledge of essential services and healthcare business landscapes.
• Strong ability to drive cross‑sell initiatives across global markets, trade, and cash management products.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
