Team Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

As a Team Manager for a leading luxury fashion brand, you will lead a group of Client Advisors on the shop floor, driving performance through a client‑centric mindset. You will coach, develop and motivate your team while ensuring an exceptional in‑store experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high‑performing team of Client Advisors, providing daily coaching and feedback.
• Conduct regular performance conversations, set action plans and support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Lead store opening and closing duties as Manager on Duty and deliver daily briefings.
• Ensure consistent client service, oversee clienteling activities and manage customer flow to guarantee no guest is left unattended.
• Monitor category performance, collaborate with merchandising, visual merchandising and training teams to meet sales targets and maintain brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion sales leadership.
• Strong ability to inspire, coach and develop talent on the shop floor.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work closely with Store Manager, HR and cross‑functional teams.
