Technical Analyst (Java)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Analyst with strong Java expertise to support the implementation and maintenance of our frontend, backend, and supporting system components. The role involves collaborating with development teams, investigating issues across microservices, and providing technical recommendations to improve system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of frontend, backend, and supporting system components.
• Participate in feature development, enhancements, defect fixes, testing activities, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system behavior and identify technical dependencies.
• Investigate application issues by tracing requests across multiple microservices.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for production and development problems.
• Analyze logs, APIs, messaging flows, and database interactions to identify problems.
• Provide technical recommendations for issue resolution and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system flows, APIs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Review business requirements to identify ambiguities, missing information, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify functional and technical requirements.
