Technical Co-Founder & AI Engineering Lead

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Technical Co‑Founder who will lead the AI engineering effort for our enterprise intelligence platform. This hands‑on role combines product ownership, architecture design, and early team building in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and roadmap for the AI‑driven product.
• Build core backend, data pipelines, and AI components, including retrieval‑augmented generation and AI agents.
• Implement production‑grade AI capabilities with traceability, evaluation and observability.
• Establish engineering standards for testing, deployment, security and monitoring.
• Translate industry workflows into product features.
• Recruit, mentor and lead the initial engineering team as the company scales.
• Collaborate with the founder on product strategy, technical partnerships and fundraising.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in backend/full‑stack engineering, data platforms or applied AI.
• Proven track record building early‑stage products, especially systems involving RAG, AI agents, search or complex data workflows.
• Deep understanding of databases, APIs, data pipelines, cloud deployment and system reliability.
• Ability to make sound architecture decisions and write high‑quality core code.
• Excellent English communication and willingness to commit full‑time to an early‑stage venture.
