Technical Director / Associate, Structures

About the role

Aurecon is looking for a Technical Director / Associate in Structures to join its Buildings business in Singapore. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver complex building projects, driving innovation and technical excellence for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client plans, nurture relationships, and achieve revenue and utilisation targets.
• Lead bid planning, proposal development, costing, technical input and sign‑off for tenders.
• Oversee full project delivery, including contract negotiation, schedule, quality, risk, financial performance, communication and scope management.
• Ensure effective project close‑out and debrief with clients and internal teams.
• Manage project profitability and financial contribution in line with budgets.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and competency development for the team.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• Strong passion for re‑imagining engineering and continuous learning.
