Technical Lead – Wealth Management Solutions

About the role

The Technical Lead will drive the design, implementation and governance of wealth management solutions across the bank. You will collaborate with architects, system analysts and vendors to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards, security requirements and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support solution design, review high‑level architecture and obtain governance approvals.
• Partner with System Analysts to align technical designs with enterprise principles and security controls.
• Standardise and maintain application architecture for multiple banking applications.
• Identify and recommend new technologies to improve applications.
• Resolve technical issues such as connectivity, penetration testing, performance testing and code scanning.
• Support functional and non‑functional testing to ensure delivery matches functional specifications.
• Provide knowledge transfer to project teams for quality testing.
• Engage with vendors to clarify technical requirements throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Temenos Wealthsuite (EdgeConnect UXP, Triple A+ Core, Actuate Reporting).
• Strong background in Unix/Linux shell scripting and database platforms (Sybase, Oracle).
• Proven experience delivering private banking or wealth management solutions, including end‑to‑end application delivery or upgrades.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, design and code‑review skills in the wealth management domain.
