Technical Process Specialist (Injection Molding) - Night Shift

About the role

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), a global medical technology company, is hiring a Technical Process Specialist for its Tuas plant in Singapore. The role supports manufacturing operations through hands-on equipment management, process optimization and quality assurance on a permanent night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent output and product quality.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conforming products.
• Support product changeovers and update production systems (MES).
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing or technical operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMP and EHS standards.
• Experience in mold setup, injection molding changeovers and handling various equipment.
• Experience with robotic systems and programming for fine-tuning.
