Technical Program Manager, Security

About the role

Google is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join its Office of Cybersecurity Resilience (OCR) in Singapore. In this role you will lead complex, multi‑disciplinary security programs that protect Google’s global use of public cloud platforms and drive data‑driven risk management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, product, and client teams to design and execute risk‑mitigation initiatives for Google’s public‑cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Security Engineering and Software Engineering to ensure alignment with overall security and business objectives.
• Develop project plans, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate status to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Leverage quantitative analysis and data‑analytics to inform decisions and track program outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML technologies to improve security processes and program efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of program‑management experience, preferably in enterprise security or software development.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional and cross‑team stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using quantitative analysis to drive decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application to security programs.
• Proficiency in data analytics and quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge of public‑cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of enterprise security principles and risk mitigation.
