Technical Program Manager - Semiconductor Fab Ramp

About the role

Applied Materials is looking for a Technical Program Manager in Singapore to support the setup and ramp of its next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line. You will work across engineering, operations and global vendors to manage schedules, drive deliverables and define processes for a smooth technology transfer and ramp to full production. Experience launching high-volume consumer electronics and working with contract manufacturers is critical.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product manufacturing readiness across engineering, operations and supply chain teams to support fab ramp and production.
• Partner with the Pilot team to ensure process continuity and alignment during transfer to high volume manufacturing (HVM).
• Track and manage schedules, deliverables and risks for technology transfer and production milestones.
• Coordinate and support technical, quality and program reviews with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Experience supporting consumer product development and NPI cycles from early prototypes through EVT/DVT/PVT to high-volume production ramp.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams and supporting factory-side execution.
• Flexibility to travel between Singapore and the USA (up to 15%).

Required skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, FA/CA tracking and structured issue closure processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
