Technical Project Manager – Tech Initiatives (SGD 180k-250k)

About the role

We are seeking a technically‑strong Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across software development, infrastructure, cloud, and platform engineering. The role bridges engineering expertise with project delivery, ensuring projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align outcomes with strategic goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining delivery quality and operational stability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of professional experience, including several years as a Technical Project Manager or equivalent.
• Hands‑on background in software development, infrastructure engineering, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices.
• Proven track record managing multi‑stakeholder technology projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or large‑scale technology organisations is highly preferred.
