Technical Project/Program Manager

About the role

The Technical Project/Program Manager will lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within Applied Materials' semiconductor equipment business unit in Singapore. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plans and coordinate the attainment of deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Maintain a matrix for process improvements and drive project deliverables using reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
• Align internal resources to achieve on‑time and within‑budget performance objectives.
• Monitor and report project cost performance to the business unit.
• Participate in intra‑business‑unit design teams and contribute to technical development.
• Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions.
