Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition in Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across multiple industries, playing a key part in shaping our future workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Leverage social media platforms, job boards and other channels for talent sourcing.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
