Technical Writer - Managed Kubernetes Platform

About the role

Bitdeer, a technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, is looking for a Technical Writer to own the documentation for its AI Cloud Kubernetes platform. The writer produces API reference, SDK and CLI docs, Terraform provider guides, getting-started paths and release notes so customers can provision and run self-serve GPU clusters without opening a support ticket. The role reads the control-plane API, SDK, CLI and Terraform provider source directly and updates documentation as soon as an interface changes.

Key responsibilities

• Own API, SDK and CLI reference documentation, writing against the OpenAPI spec and source and verifying requests, responses and error codes against a live environment
• Build and maintain getting-started guides covering cluster creation, provisioning, console navigation and IaC setup, structured by customer persona
• Own the release notes cadence, with precise entries for breaking changes, deprecations and default-value changes, coordinated with engineering
• Run a docs-as-code pipeline: content versioned in git, built and linted in CI, published with each release
• Use support-ticket trends to find documentation gaps and close them
• Read design docs and PRs early and partner with product and engineering so docs ship with features

Required profile

• 2+ years of technical writing for a developer-facing API, cloud or infrastructure product, owning API reference and getting-started docs for paying customers
• Experience with Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure or other control-plane systems strongly preferred
• Proven experience running a docs-as-code pipeline and writing release notes and migration guides
• Ability to work from support-ticket data to prioritise documentation work

Required skills

• Hands-on technical fluency: reading Go or TypeScript, using OpenAPI specs, running the CLI, SDK and Terraform provider
• Comfortable in a Kubernetes environment (kubectl, Helm, cluster provisioning)
• Docs-as-code toolchain: static site generators, OpenAPI-driven reference generation, doc versioning
