About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Tele‑Surveyor to join our office team. You will conduct phone surveys, gather valuable feedback, and keep conversations upbeat while representing our brand.
Key responsibilities
- Call assigned respondents and conduct structured surveys.
- Encourage participation with a clear, pleasant voice.
- Handle difficult respondents with patience and good humor.
- Record responses accurately in the provided system.
- Meet daily call and survey completion targets.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and a warm, approachable tone.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
- Willingness to learn on the job; prior survey experience is a plus but not mandatory.
