Telemarketing Executive – Work from Home

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to work from home. You will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our building maintenance services, generate leads, and arrange appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from home.
• Introduce and promote the company’s building maintenance services.
• Generate new leads through telephone calls and follow‑ups.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our services.
• Arrange appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and leads.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Submit regular call and lead‑generation reports to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and self‑motivated to work independently.
• Target‑oriented, disciplined and able to meet calling targets.
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection at home.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
