About the role

NHG is hiring a Temp Business Office Assistant to support the smooth running of the Business Office. The role covers MediSave and insurance claims-related tasks and general administrative support for the Business Office team.

Key responsibilities

Support claims (MediSave/Insurance) by following up on pending Medical Claims Authorisation Forms (MCAF)
Create bill payors in the billing system and assign them to patients' medical invoices
Follow up on reconciliation of claims-related accounting entries and help fix issues that arise
Follow up on routine claim errors
Handle other administrative matters such as filing, as assigned by the supervisor
On a coverage basis, assist with straightforward enquiries from patients or other stakeholders

Required profile

GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Diploma holder
Candidates with an accounting background or working experience are preferred
Service-oriented, confident and passionate about helping others
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
