Temp Constituency Management Executive (East)

About the role

This contract position is attached to a Community Club in Bedok, Singapore, for a one‑year term. You will support the Constituency Office by engaging with residents, providing frontline customer service, and assisting with administrative and event operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct resident outreach and engagement activities, fostering positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Perform frontline counter duties at Bedok Community Club, handling enquiries, applications, registrations and feedback.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, records management, correspondence and document preparation.
• Assist in the management and upkeep of club facilities and support setup/teardown of community events and programmes.
• Utilise internal systems and digital platforms to maintain accurate resident records and support operational processes.

Required profile

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
