About the role
This temporary position supports a well‑established medical equipment company in Singapore. You will handle customer enquiries, manage order logistics and ensure smooth daily service operations over a three‑month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries and provide support on medical supply orders.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform related administrative tasks.
- Support daily customer service operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required profile
- GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Availability for a 3‑month temporary assignment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary range SGD 2,000 – 3,000 per month.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.

- Opportunity to work onsite at the Mattar location.
