Temporary Senior Executive, Corporate Communications (6 Months)

About the role

The Corporate Communications Department at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH) is looking for a suitably qualified and motivated person to join as a Temporary Senior Executive, Digital, for a 6-month contract. The role supports digital communications, events publicity and website management, contributing to patient engagement, public outreach and institutional branding.

Key responsibilities

• Digital communications and events publicity: support planning and execution of publicity for hospital campaigns, programmes and events across digital platforms; develop social media content and digital materials; design visual assets for social media, websites and other channels; coordinate publicity and give on-site communications support at events.
• Website management: manage and update KTPH and YCH website content using the Sitecore CMS; coordinate with internal stakeholders so content stays accurate and timely; run routine website reviews and quality checks; prepare basic website performance reports using Google Analytics.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong written communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, working independently and in teams.
• Willingness to support occasional weekend or after-hours events.

Required skills

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS); experience with Sitecore is advantageous.
• Google Analytics knowledge preferred; basic HTML and CSS an added advantage.
• Proficiency in design software and content creation tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
