Test Engineer – Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal

About the role

We are looking for a Test Engineer to develop and maintain automated test programs for digital, PMIC, RF and mixed-signal products. The role will be based in Singapore and will involve close collaboration with design, product and quality teams to ensure successful silicon bring-up and production release.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ATE test programs on Advantest 93K (Smart Test 7/8) and Teradyne UltraFlex platforms.
• Debug first-silicon issues, perform device characterization across process, voltage and temperature corners.
• Implement and maintain digital test vectors such as JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, functional and Mbist.
• Characterize mixed-signal IP blocks including ADC, DAC and PLL.
• Support production release, yield improvement and test-time reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, design, quality and foundry engineering teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex ATE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
