Test Engineer

About the role

The Test Engineer will work under the Engineering Manager to support the manufacturing of high‑end life‑science instruments. The role involves sustaining mass‑production test processes and developing test solutions for new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide test engineering support for ongoing production of life‑science instruments.
• Develop and maintain test fixtures and software for new product introductions (NPI).
• Troubleshoot electro‑mechanical and electronic issues using test equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on hardware/software test matters.
• Perform verification and validation of production testers.
• Apply DFM/DFA/PFMEA analyses to improve test designs.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Engineer in electro‑mechanical product manufacturing, preferably life‑science instruments.
• Strong analytical ability and systematic problem‑solving skills.
