About the role

NUHS is looking for a Therapy Assistant to support the Physiotherapy department. The role involves assisting physiotherapists with patient treatment, preparing and operating physiotherapy equipment, and helping with departmental support tasks.

Key responsibilities

Assist physiotherapists in all therapy treatment activities for patients
Prepare, set up and operate physiotherapy equipment for patients' clinical use
Act as chaperone and maintain equipment cleanliness in line with infection control practice
Support the Physiotherapy department in quality assurance, risk management and data collection
Assist with administrative duties and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required profile

GCE 'O'/'N' level; a WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Services is an advantage
Frontline and customer service experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a passion for service excellence
Ability to converse in English and a second language
