Trade Marketing Executive – FMCG Food (Woodlands)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Trade Marketing Executive to drive brand growth for our FMCG food portfolio in Woodlands. You will develop and execute trade marketing strategies that boost distribution, market share, and revenue while ensuring strong brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement trade marketing plans and sales initiatives to achieve distribution and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align brand strategies with channel opportunities.
• Monitor inventory flow with purchasing to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
• Prepare, track, and analyse monthly brand and sales performance reports, focusing on trade spend efficiency and ROI.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate trade promotions and activation plans to increase sell‑through and shopper conversion.
• Manage promotional budgets to generate measurable sales growth.
• Partner with brand principals to set joint business plans and growth strategies.
• Handle ad‑hoc trade marketing and sales tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG/consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of retail and trade channels with hands‑on promotion and campaign execution experience.
