About the role
In this role you will work directly with Development, Trading, and IT teams to ensure trading operations are optimized and healthy, providing world‑class support to traders and driving strategic projects to improve trading operations and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets.
- Monitor and support Linux environments.
- Support traders and trading infrastructure.
- Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to drive business initiatives.
- Identify and solve complex problems.
- Assist trade teams with onboarding new opportunities.
- Implement automation and process improvements.
Required profile
- Experience in a trade support role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system.
- Understanding of TCP/IP and Multicast.
- Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures.
- Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required skills
- Intermediate Bash scripting.
- Core Python programming (large projects preferred but not required).
