Trading Technology Engineer (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Technology team, gaining hands‑on experience in electronic trading technologies, client onboarding, systems integration, data analytics and information security within the financial markets industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration of institutional clients by assisting with technical implementation, testing and project coordination.
• Monitor and support external connectivity infrastructure and trading systems to ensure stable, secure and reliable operations.
• Analyze operational and business data to generate reports, identify trends and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide first‑line technical and operational support to clients and internal stakeholders, including issue investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with technology vendors, service providers and business teams to support system implementation and issue management.
• Participate in technology operations and continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and user experience.
• Support identity and access management activities such as user provisioning and access reviews.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and project‑related materials.
• Participate in testing activities including system integration testing, UAT and production readiness assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security or related discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
• Internship experience in software development, technology operations, financial services or systems support is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of software development, systems integration, networking, databases or cloud technologies.
• Strong interest in financial technology, electronic trading, capital markets or futures trading.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to take ownership of tasks and continuously learn.
