Training & Development Manager

About the role

The Training & Development Manager will lead learning initiatives that support business objectives across retail and corporate environments. This role partners with operations, HR, brand partners and business leaders to close capability gaps and drive performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and create annual L&D plans aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, HR, Brand Partners and leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Design and deliver training programmes, workshops and coaching sessions for retail and corporate employees.
• Perform boutique visits, field coaching and customer observations to uncover service and performance improvement opportunities.
• Support talent development, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, learning pathways and training evaluation tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, operational KPIs, mystery‑shopping results and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage training budgets, vendors and resources to optimise learning investments.
• Assist regional training initiatives, boutique openings and cross‑functional projects.
• Lead L&D and organisational development projects assigned by Management.
